Bringing local, good-paying jobs to Anson County
Project Catalyst is a forward-looking, community-oriented approach to jobs, economic growth, and tax revenue.
The project is designed to create 100-150 local, good-paying jobs with average salaries of $75,000, plus millions of dollars in new property tax revenue for Anson County.
The Project Catalyst team is already coordinated with South Piedmont Community College on a workforce training program so local residents can work in the local jobs that Project Catalyst will create.
Welcome to Project Catalyst.
Community Advantages
Project Catalyst is designed to deliver economic growth, good local jobs, and tax revenue to support teachers and schools, all while being a low-impact neighbor.
Unlike many large developments, Project Catalyst places little demand on traffic, housing, or local schools. The project pays for energy upgrades and utility costs, and uses a modern, efficient cooling system designed for responsible water usage.
For Anson County, the opportunity is clear: create stable, good-paying jobs, make teachers among the highest-paid in the state, and grow the economy to support the long-term future.
